Day 1
Starts by Train from Howrah Railway Station at 03.50 p.m. by Train
Day 2
Arrival at Guwahati Railway Station / GopinathBordoloi International Airport (GAU). On arrival you will be received by our representative. Overnight stay at Guwahati
Day 3
Early morning breakfast and drive Kamakhya Temple, a major Hindu pilgrimage site. Next drive on to famous Kaziranga National park (220 kilometers in 4 ½ hour’s) drive. Lunch on the way or at hotel Kaziranga National Park, the home of the One Horned Rhinoceros. In the evening visit nearby Tea Estate & Check into a Jungle resort on arrival. Evening free for leisure.Night stay at Resort / Hotel.
Day 4
Start the day at 4:45 AM - One hour Elephant Safari - Return to resort / hotel from Breakfast - After breakfast, enjoy Jeep Safari - Return to hotel for Lunch - Return for lunch and proceed to Western Range of Kaziranga National Park on jeep safari - Morning breakfast – Drive at 8:30 AM for Camp at Nameri National Park - Check in at Camp - Rest of the Day and Evening free for leisure - Night stay at Kaziranga.
Day 5
Early morning breakfast - Drive to Shillong - 280 kilometers 6 hours - Shillong – This capital of Meghalaya There are many interesting places for outing from Shillong, Cherrapunjee with caves and falls, Umiam, Mawsynram, Jakrem and Sacred Forest are some of the favorite site. Lunch on route at BorapaniUmiam Lake - An imposing placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills - Check in at hotel - In the afternoon one is free to visit the local market – Overnight stay at hotel in Shillong.
Day 6
Early morning we will visit the cleanest Mawlynnong village in India. Next drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place in the world - The beautiful waterfall – Noh – ka - likai is at Cherrapunjee you can also explore some of the caves in and around Cherrapunjee - Return to Shillong, on the route visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views - Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong.
Day 7
Departure - Shillong to Guwahati - Early morning breakfast and drive to Guwahati - 100 kilometers, 2 ½ hours – Proceed to Guwahati Railway Station / GopinathBordoloi International Airport (GAU) – For onward journey / connection.
